Ruth and Leo opened the doors of La Esperanza Child Development Center, LLC, in 2008. A proud military and Christian family, they desire to make a difference in the Albuquerque and Rio Rancho communities by serving one family at a time with love and excellence in early childhood education. Leo and Ruth believe every child deserves access to quality early childhood education regardless of socioeconomic status, and early childhood teachers deserve to earn living wages and benefits. Leo and Ruth actively serve their country, community, and church:
